Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026 · Last updated: November 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Beijing Leyijian Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use aiglade.cn and the Aiglade desktop application (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Name or display name, email address, phone number (if you register with one), and identifiers returned by Google or GitHub when you sign in with those providers.
- Authentication data. Password hashes, session tokens, and the API keys you create. We never store plaintext passwords.
- Billing information. Plan, invoices, transaction history and the last digits of a payment method. Card numbers and other full payment credentials are processed by our payment providers (Creem, PayPal, Alipay) and are not stored on our servers.
- Usage data. Requests sent to the API, the model selected, token counts, timestamps, latency, status codes, IP address, user agent and other technical logs needed to operate, secure and bill the Service.
- Support communications. Messages you send us by email or through the Service.
- Local storage. The console stores your API key and interface preferences in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in.
- Local configuration. The desktop app stores your settings, API key and agent configuration on your device. Those files stay local; only requests you send through the Service reach our servers.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate and maintain the Service, including routing your requests to model providers.
- Authenticate accounts, manage API keys, enforce plans and quotas, and prevent abuse.
- Process payments, issue invoices and manage subscriptions.
- Monitor performance, diagnose faults and improve the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Communicate with you about the Service, security issues and changes to these terms.
3. How we share information
- Model providers. To answer a request, the prompt and related parameters are transmitted to the upstream provider of the model you selected. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies.
- Payment processors. Creem, PayPal and Alipay process payments and subscriptions on our behalf.
- Infrastructure providers. Hosting, database, email and monitoring vendors that operate the Service under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and business transfers. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information.
4. International transfers
The Service is operated from servers in Singapore and other locations. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
5. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Usage logs are kept for a limited period for security and billing purposes and then deleted or aggregated. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and logging to protect the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email postmaster@gladec.cn. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email.
