Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Beijing Leyijian Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of aiglade.cn and the Aiglade desktop application (the “Service”). By creating an account, using an API key or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account and API keys.
• Keep your password and API keys confidential. Notify us immediately at postmaster@gladec.cn if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

3. The Service

• The Service provides unified access to third-party AI models. Model availability, capabilities and prices may change without notice; individual models may be added or withdrawn.
• Requests are routed to upstream model providers. Their outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
• We may impose rate limits, quotas and usage restrictions to protect the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
• Attempt to bypass quotas, authentication, rate limits or billing, or share API keys outside your plan.
• Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service except as expressly permitted in a written agreement with us.

We may suspend access for conduct that poses a security, legal or operational risk.

5. Plans, fees and billing

• Paid plans, token packs and subscriptions are described on the Billing page. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Creem, PayPal or Alipay. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features. Taxes are your responsibility unless collected by us.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party model providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions or availability, and their terms may apply to your use of their services.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, branding and documentation. You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs and outputs solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or outputs.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may interrupt access.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or conduct that harms the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Beijing have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
