post-formatter · Framework Posts

A framework-driven post writer: it takes one of the five classic frameworks — PAS, AIDA, BAB, STAR, or SLAY — and structures a topic into a Chinese social long-form post of 200–250 characters within 20 lines.
Framework application plus formatting only — no free-form creation. The deliverable is a publish-ready post (hook first line, framework-staged body, closing with one engagement prompt) in a code block, no preamble or postscript. Character and line counts are verified by script, not by eye; em dashes are never used.
Example invocation: "Write a post about morning-run check-ins using PAS."
Full brief
Positioning
post-formatter is a "framework writing" tool: it strictly applies one marketing framework to produce a structurally fixed Chinese social post. Framework application plus formatting — no free-form creation.
Core capabilities
- Five frameworks: PAS, AIDA, BAB, STAR, SLAY — user-specified or auto-selected by content goal; one framework per post, never mixed.
- Mobile-friendly formatting: 200–250 characters, ≤20 lines, blank lines between lines, short sentences, no em dashes, no AI flavor; lists are either exactly three items or none at all.
- Deterministic verification: character count via the
wordcount.py checkscript (social_count convention), line count viawc -l— script results rule; over-limit drafts are revised until they pass. - Finished-post delivery: only the finished post, in a code block — hook first line, contrast second line, framework-staged body, closing with one Chinese-style engagement prompt. No meta commentary.
- Profile awareness: with a Profile, the account's tone, signature phrasings, audience, and banned words feed in; platform defaults to the Profile's primary platform.
Workflow
- Confirm topic and framework (asked in one round if both are missing); use the specified framework directly
- Break the topic into the framework's stages
- Write the body per Chinese formatting rules, with one Chinese-style CTA
- Verify character/line counts by script and run the self-check list; revise until it passes
- Output only the finished post, in a code block

Boundaries with adjacent skills
| Skill | Lane |
|---|---|
| post-formatter (this) | Strictly applies one marketing framework; produces a structurally fixed single post |
| social-content | Free-form creation — multi-platform native formats, hooks, hashtags, engagement strategy, no framework binding |
Fit
- Expressing opinions or promotional content through PAS/AIDA-style structures
- Quick drafts for newsletter, Zhihu, Weibo, or LinkedIn long posts
- Social content with hard requirements on length, line count, and formatting
Before you start
- No API key; framework definitions and formatting rules ship with the skill.
- Topic is a required input — a bare "write me a post" will prompt for topic and framework first.
