skill-collab-proposal · Brand Collaboration Proposals

Brand collaboration and co-branding proposal generator with two modes: sponsored-deal mode (quotes from a KOL pricing table, content formats, timelines, KPI estimates) and co-branding mode (complementary strengths, content division, cross-promotion strategy).
Every quote must be traceable (tier table + adjustment factors); every KPI figure carries its formula; all numbers come as conservative/optimistic ranges. Missing key information triggers questions, never invented brand or product details. Outputs a structured proposal document ready to send to the brand.
Example invocation: "Write me a sponsored-deal proposal for brand XX."

Positioning
skill-collab-proposal is a collaboration proposal generator: sponsored-deal mode helps creators quote and close brand deals; co-branding mode helps two parties plan a joint campaign. It produces structured proposal documents, not verbal advice.
Core capabilities
- Two auto-detected modes: "quote / sponsored / placement / ad" routes to sponsored-deal mode; "co-brand / collab / cross-promo" routes to co-branding mode; either can also be specified explicitly.
- Quote calculation (sponsored mode): KOL tier from follower count (nano / KOC / mid-tier / top / mega), base quote range from the pricing table, premiums stacked by adjustment factors (vertical fit, seasonality, exclusivity, re-edits, multi-platform), then reverse-checked with the CPE formula.
- KPI estimation: impressions, engagement, and conversions derived layer by layer from formulas, each figure annotated with its calculation; conservative/optimistic ranges only, never single numbers; no forced conversion estimates without a conversion path.
- Content plan design: 2–3 recommended formats, each with format, length, creative direction, placement style, and a 3–5 sentence script outline.
- Co-branding mode: side-by-side account comparison, audience overlap estimate, content responsibility matrix, per-party KPI estimates.
Workflow
- Parse intent (Mode A sponsored / Mode B co-branding), extract brand, product, budget info (asks when missing)
- Read profile data (account, followers, engagement, audience); placeholders when no profile exists
- Determine KOL tier, compute quote range (Mode A), reverse-check with CPE
- Estimate KPIs by formula (ranges, calculations annotated)
- Design content plan and timeline (3–5 working days reserved for brand review)
- Save

Inputs & outputs
| Input | Notes |
|---|---|
| Partner info | Required — brand/partner name, product or service description |
| Mode | Optional — A (sponsored) or B (co-branding), auto-detected when unspecified |
| Budget range | Optional — brand's budget cap, for reverse-matching formats |
| Supporting material | Optional — brand brief, competitor cases, past collaboration data |
Output: structured Markdown proposal. Mode A: account overview / formats and quotes / creative / KPI estimates / timeline / terms. Mode B: side-by-side overview / audience complementarity / joint content plan / cross-promotion / timeline / expected results.
Fit
- Creators who get a brand inquiry and need a fast quote + proposal
- Quoting with formula-backed ranges instead of gut feel when brands ask for rates
- Co-branded campaigns between two accounts or brands
Before you start
- Prepare partner name, product direction, collaboration ask; missing key fields trigger questions.
- Precise quotes need an account profile (followers, engagement, audience); without one, quotes are generic all-tier ranges and KPIs use industry medians, both clearly labeled.
- Quotes and KPIs are range estimates; final terms are confirmed by both parties.
