skill-profile-builder is the zero-to-one generator for profiles: it turns a blank or half-empty profile into a usable 6-dimension Profile. It specializes in first-time generation; editing, memory updates, and switching of existing profiles belong to skill-profile-manager.

- Guided intake: collects profile name, social links, operating intent, content preferences, and red lines from a checklist.
- Social-link analysis: scrapes public content (recent post titles/topics/engagement, public likes/saves) to infer recurring topics, voice, audience, and high-engagement patterns; when scraping is blocked, it says so and falls back to user narration — never invents data.
