A skill for generating video intro/outro cards: video title cards with title, subtitle, logo, and a follow CTA (solid color, two-tone gradient, or image background), normalized and spliced onto the main video into one finished cut.
Hard cuts and transition options are supported; aspect ratio aligns to the main video by default. It only builds intro/outro cards and splices them — no general editing, no theme-to-video generation.

Positioning
video-intro-outro is the "standard parts" generator for short video: it builds intro/outro video cards and splices intro + main video + outro into one finished cut. It only handles the opening and ending — never touches the main video's content.
Core capabilities
- Card generation: title, subtitle, logo, and follow CTA freely combined.
- Three backgrounds: solid color, two-tone gradient, or image background (auto-cropped to fill).
- Deterministic script: everything runs through intro_outro.py — no hand-built drawtext/xfade; font paths, audio-video parameters, and transition offsets are handled by the script.
- Splice normalization: all three segments are normalized to matching aspect ratio, frame rate, and audio track before splicing — no manual pre-conversion.
- Transition options: hard cut by default (most reliable), optional fades and other transitions; transition length auto-narrows to fit the adjacent segments.
Workflow
- Generate the intro card (title/subtitle/background/duration, 2.5s default)
- Generate the outro card (thanks line + follow CTA, optional logo)
- Splice into the final cut (hard cut or transition; at least one of intro/outro)
- Output the card clips, the spliced video, and a parameter report
